This Privacy Policy explains how SoftUnity (FOP Vashchuk Anhelina) ("SoftUnity", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Psychological Tests: Who Am I? (the "Application" or "Service"), available on iOS and Android.
The Application provides psychological tests, results, AI-generated analysis, advice, and tips. The Application is designed to be anonymous: it does not require registration, and we do not ask users to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, or similar personal identifiers to use the core features.
By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Application.
Application means the mobile application named Psychological Tests: Who Am I?, provided by SoftUnity.
Company, we, us, or our means SoftUnity (FOP Vashchuk Anhelina), Ukraine.
Insight Points means the in-app virtual currency used inside the Application to request additional analysis or other in-app functionality.
Personal Data means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
Service means the Application and its related functionality.
You means the individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the Application.
We built the Application to minimize the amount of information connected to a user. The Application does not have account registration, and SoftUnity does not know your name, email address, phone number, postal address, or other direct personal identifiers unless you choose to contact us and provide that information yourself.
The Application may create a unique installation ID or anonymous app account ID. This ID is used for security, fraud prevention, account integrity, restoring certain app state, and managing Insight Points. This ID does not directly identify you as a real person, but it may be used to recognize the same app installation or anonymous app account.
Individual test answers, detailed test history and saved analyses are generally stored on your device. SoftUnity may collect and store only limited result statistics from completed tests, such as total scores and scores for scales or subscales. SoftUnity does not maintain a server database of your individual test answers or a personal user profile about you. Deleting or reinstalling the Application may delete your local test history, saved results, and saved analyses. This local-first approach is one of the ways the Application protects user anonymity.
The Application does not require you to create a personal account. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, contacts, precise location, or similar personal identifiers to use the core features of the Application.
The Application asks you to answer psychological test questions and generates results, analysis, advice, and tips based on your answers. These answers and results may reflect your preferences, opinions, personality traits, or other personal characteristics.
Your individual test answers are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your individual test answers for advertising, analytics, comparison statistics, or user profiling.
We may collect and store limited result statistics from completed tests. These statistics include only generalized result values, such as the total score for a test and scores for its scales or subscales. They do not include your answers to individual questions, your written content, saved analyses, name, email address, phone number, or other direct personal identifiers.
If you request an additional AI-generated analysis, the minimum data required to generate that analysis may be temporarily processed on our server and by service providers that help us provide the analysis. After you retrieve the analysis result in the Application, the temporary analysis data is deleted within 24 hours. If you request an analysis but do not retrieve the result, the temporary analysis data is fully deleted within 7 days.
We collect basic analytics and diagnostic information to understand how the Application is used, improve the user experience, detect errors, and fix crashes. This may include information such as app version, device model, operating system version, general technical diagnostics, crash logs, performance data, screens or features used, actions performed in the Application, and which tests are started or completed.
Analytics and crash reporting do not include your individual answers to test questions. We do not use analytics to collect the contents of your test answers, saved analyses, or AI analysis text.
The Application displays advertisements. Advertising services, including Google AdMob, may process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location derived from technical data, ad impressions, ad interactions, and other information needed to show ads, prevent fraud, measure ad performance, and, where permitted, personalize advertising.
On iOS, we may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing advertising partners to use data for tracking or targeted advertising where such permission is required. If you deny this permission, the Application may still show ads, but they may be non-personalized or less relevant. You can manage tracking permissions in your device settings.
The Application offers in-app purchases. These may include a one-time Premium purchase and consumable purchases of Insight Points. Premium is purchased once and can be restored through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase, subject to the rules of the relevant platform.
Insight Points may be received by watching rewarded advertisements or by purchasing them through an in-app consumable purchase. The Application may store anonymous app account information, purchase state, reward state, and Insight Points balance on your device to provide these features and help prevent abuse.
Manually clearing the app cache may result in losing your account and, therefore, your earned points. On Android, deleting the Application may also result in losing earned Insight Points. This does not normally happen on iOS, where certain anonymous account information may remain available between reinstallations.
Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card number or full payment account credentials. The platform provider may process purchase history, transaction identifiers, refunds, taxes, and other information according to its own privacy policy and payment rules.
If you contact us by email or another communication channel, we may receive your email address, your name if you choose to provide it, and the contents of your message. We use this information only to respond to your request, provide support, improve the Application, and keep reasonable records of our communication.
We collect limited generalized test result statistics so that we can later add a feature that compares your result with aggregated results from other users, once enough data has been collected for a particular test. These statistics may include a total score and scores on the main scales or subscales of a test.
We do not collect or store your individual answers to test questions for this purpose. We collect only the overall result values needed to calculate comparison statistics. The comparison feature will be based on aggregated data, not on individual answer histories.
We use information only for the following purposes:
We do not sell your Personal Data. We do not use your individual test answers, saved test results, or collected test score statistics for third-party advertising.
We do not share your individual test answers with third parties for advertising, marketing, or data broker purposes. We do not maintain a server database of your individual test answers.
We may share or allow processing of information only in the following limited cases:
Your detailed test history, individual test answers and saved analyses are generally stored locally on your device. To delete this local data, you can delete the Application from your device. Deleting or reinstalling the Application may permanently remove local test results and analyses.
Limited generalized test result statistics, such as total scores and scale or subscale scores, may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to develop, provide, and improve aggregated result comparison features. These statistics do not include individual test answers or direct personal identifiers.
Temporary data used to generate additional AI analysis is retained only for a short time. After you retrieve the analysis result in the Application, the temporary analysis data is deleted within 24 hours. If you request an analysis but do not retrieve the result, the temporary analysis data is fully deleted within 7 days.
The Application may store anonymous app account information, installation ID, purchase state, reward state, and Insight Points balance on your device to provide Premium, Insight Points, rewarded ads, security, and abuse-prevention features. On Android, uninstalling the Application or clearing app data/cache may delete this information and may result in losing earned Insight Points. On iOS, certain anonymous account information may remain available between reinstallations so that earned Insight Points and related app state can be preserved.
To delete the anonymous account information that remains available on iOS, open the Application settings and use the "reset account" option. This reset is performed immediately. SoftUnity does not maintain a server profile with your name, email address, phone number, or individual test answers.
If you contact us, we may keep your message and our response for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain support records, resolve disputes, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations.
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Data that you have directly provided to us. Because the Application is designed to be anonymous, we may not be able to identify you unless you contact us from the same email address or provide enough information for us to locate the relevant support communication or anonymous app account record.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information connected with the Application. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because the Application is designed to work without personal registration and because test answers, detailed test history and saved analyses are generally kept on your device, you are also responsible for protecting your device, operating system, app store account, and backups.
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
If a higher age threshold applies in your country, you should use the Application only if you meet that age requirement or have appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian.
The Application, our website, app store listings, advertisements, or support communications may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party services.

SoftUnity is based in Ukraine. If you contact us or use features that require server processing, your information may be processed in Ukraine or in other countries where our hosting, analytics, advertising, AI, platform, payment, or service providers operate. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from the laws of your country. We take reasonable steps to handle such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to certain processing of your Personal Data.
Because the Application does not require personal registration and generally stores test answers locally on your device, we may not be able to identify you unless you have contacted us directly or provide information that lets us locate a relevant anonymous app account record.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
