The Application has no registration and no personal accounts. It does not store your name, email address, or phone number. You can delete your data yourself, directly in the Application, without contacting us.
1. What you can delete
-
the optional general information about yourself that you may choose to provide in the Application;
-
your test answers, results, and saved analyses;
-
support messages you have sent to us.
2. Delete the information you provided about yourself
Open the Application, go to your profile, and choose Delete data. Your answers are deleted, both in the Application and on our side. No request to us is needed and no waiting period applies.
The same screen also lets you review and change these answers at any time.
3. Delete your test data
Your test answers, test history, and saved analyses are kept in the Application on your device.
On iOS, uninstalling the Application removes them. On recent Android versions, part of the app data may be kept by the system and restored when the Application is installed again. To remove it reliably, open your device Settings, find the Application in the list of installed apps, and clear its storage and cache.

You can also send a request to softunity.contact@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request. We process such requests within 30 days.
Because the Application works without registration, we cannot reliably match an email message to data in the Application. If you still have the Application installed, please use the options described above. Writing to us is the right way to delete support correspondence, or to ask a question about this process.
5. Retention after deletion
Deleted information is removed without undue delay. We may retain limited information for longer where this is required by applicable law, or where it is necessary to prevent fraud and abuse, to protect the security of the Application, or to resolve disputes. Aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to a particular user may be retained.
