Depression Test
Assess the severity of depressive symptoms and get a better understanding of your current emotional state.
About the test
This test helps you explore symptoms commonly associated with depression and understand how strongly they may be affecting your current state.
It covers emotional, cognitive, physical and behavioural aspects such as mood, self-perception, motivation, energy, sleep and appetite.
Methodology
The test is based on the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), one of the most widely known questionnaires for assessing depressive symptoms.
The methodology focuses on the intensity of different symptoms and combines them into an overall picture of a person’s current condition.
You work through the groups of statements in order, choosing the option that best describes how you have been feeling recently.
Results
After completing the test you receive an overall assessment of the severity of depressive symptoms, together with a more detailed look at the patterns reflected in your answers.
The result helps highlight which areas may deserve more attention, and can be supplemented with personalized AI analysis in the Who Am I? app.
