Anxiety Test
Assess your level of anxiety in two dimensions: how tense you feel right now and how prone you are to worry in general.
About the test
This test helps you assess your level of anxiety in two dimensions: reactive anxiety, which reflects how you feel at this moment, and trait anxiety, which reflects how you usually feel.
It covers both body and mind, from tension, restlessness and feeling unable to settle to calm, confidence and inner satisfaction.
Methodology
The test is based on the Spielberger–Hanin Anxiety Scale (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, STAI), a classic questionnaire that measures both state and trait anxiety.
The first half of the statements describes your current state and the second half your usual way of feeling, and each half forms its own scale. The app slightly simplifies the wording and adapts the instructions for a non-clinical audience while keeping the structure of the scale and its scoring logic.
In the first part you choose how true each statement is for you right now, and in the second how often it happens to you.
Results
After completing the test you receive an overall level of anxiety, from low to high, and two scales: trait anxiety, showing how prone you are to worry in general, and reactive anxiety, showing how tense you are right now, each with a short description.
The result helps you separate a passing state from a stable tendency and notice when tension deserves more attention, and can be supplemented with personalized AI analysis in the Who Am I? app.
