Self-Esteem Test
Explore how you see and value yourself, and how much your self-esteem depends on circumstances and other people’s opinions.
About the test
This test helps you look at how you relate to yourself: whether you accept who you are, trust your own decisions, cope with difficulties and keep a positive view of yourself regardless of how others see you.
It touches on several sides of self-esteem: a sense of control over your life, confidence in your abilities, how you feel about your appearance and your worth to others.
Methodology
The test is based on the Robson Self-Concept Questionnaire (RSCQ), developed by Philip Robson to assess overall self-esteem and a person’s attitude toward themselves.
The questionnaire consists of statements about yourself, some positive and some negative, and combines your agreement with them into one overall measure. The app keeps the original statements and scoring logic and only slightly simplifies the response scale.
You read each statement and rate how much you agree with it, from strongly disagree to strongly agree.
Results
After completing the test you receive an overall assessment of your self-esteem, from very low to very high, with a description of how this level usually shows up in everyday life: in how you handle criticism and mistakes and how much you depend on others’ approval.
The result helps you see where you already have inner stability and where you might support yourself more, and can be supplemented with personalized AI analysis in the Who Am I? app.
