About the test

This test helps you understand how strongly you are prone to jealousy in relationships. The result shows how much suspiciousness, a need for control and sensitivity to your partner’s attention may appear in your feelings and behaviour.

It touches not only on romantic relationships but also on friends and family, from wanting to read a loved one’s messages to feeling hurt when friends go out without you.

Methodology

The test is based on L. Chursanova’s jealousy questionnaire, a method for assessing how prone a person is to jealousy.

The statements describe attitudes and reactions, some pointing toward jealousy and some toward trust, and how often each applies to you is combined into one overall measure. The app keeps the content, structure, interpretation thresholds and result logic unchanged, only translating the statements and correcting scoring mistakes found in some publications of the method.

You read each statement and choose one of three answers, always, sometimes or never, the way it most often happens in your life.

Results

After completing the test you receive an overall level of jealousy, from low to high, with a description of how this level tends to show up: whether you rely more on trust or on control, how you handle ambiguity and distance, and where your sensitivity helps or exhausts you.

The result helps you turn suspicion into a timely conversation about feelings, boundaries and needs, and can be supplemented with personalized AI analysis in the Who Am I? app.
