ADHD Test
Find out how strongly signs of attention deficit and hyperactivity show up in your everyday life, and which of them stand out.
About the test
This ADHD test helps you assess how strongly the signs commonly associated with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder show up in your everyday life, rather than in isolated stressful moments.
It covers difficulties with attention and organization, inner restlessness, impulsivity and the ability to regulate your own behaviour: finishing what you start, keeping track of details, waiting your turn or sitting through a long conversation.
Methodology
The test is based on the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) developed by Ronald C. Kessler, Lenard A. Adler and colleagues, in its expanded 31-item version.
The scale looks at the core symptoms of inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity, along with related difficulties with self-regulation. In the app the statements have been adapted and their order rearranged, while the structure of the scale is kept. It is a screening questionnaire, not a clinical assessment.
You read each statement and rate how often the situation has been typical for you over the past six months, from “never” to “very often”, thinking of your usual behaviour rather than single occasions.
Results
After completing the test you receive an overall picture of how pronounced ADHD-related signs are for you, with a short explanation of what stands behind them, plus two separate scales: inattention, and hyperactivity together with impulsivity.
The result helps you see which side is more noticeable in your daily life, and can be supplemented with personalized AI analysis in the Who Am I? app.
