Organizational Skills Test
Find out how easily you take the lead, plan and coordinate people, and see shared work through to the end.
About the test
This test helps you assess your organizing tendencies: how easily you take initiative, plan and coordinate people, follow tasks through to completion and organize collaboration with others.
It covers both everyday situations, such as postponing today’s tasks or being late for meetings, and team ones, from persuading people to accept your point of view to setting priorities, delegating and mediating disputes.
Methodology
The test is based on the COS-2 method (Diagnostics of Communicative and Organizational Tendencies) by V. Syniavskyi and B. Fedoryshyn. It has two separate scales. This test covers the organizing one; the communicative scale is published as a separate test.
The questions alternate between those that point toward organizing ability and those that point toward its absence, and the answers are combined into one overall measure. The app also adds a few supplementary questions about modern organizing situations: planning, delegating and coordination.
You answer each question yes or no, choosing the option that best reflects your typical behaviour and feelings.
Results
After completing the test you receive an overall level of organizing skills, from very low to very high, with a description of how this level tends to show up: under time pressure, with many tasks at once and when others need to be coordinated, and what it may mean for leadership roles.
The result helps you see whether coordinating people and processes is already your strength or a skill to build step by step, and can be supplemented with personalized AI analysis in the Who Am I? app.
