Aggressiveness Test
Find out how high your overall level of aggression is and in which form it most often comes out: words, actions, objects, hostility in communication or turned against yourself.
About the test
This test helps you assess your overall level of aggression and how it most often shows up: through words, actions, tension in communication, aggression directed at yourself, and other forms.
It looks at real situations, from arguments and irritation at other people to what you do with anger when it has nowhere to go, and highlights your stronger and weaker sides so you can see what may deserve attention in self-regulation.
Methodology
The test is based on the Pochebut Aggression Questionnaire, developed by L. H. Pochebut to assess five forms of aggressive behaviour: verbal, physical, object-directed, emotional and self-aggression.
Each form has its own group of statements, and the answers that point toward aggression are counted both for that form and for the overall level. The app slightly adapts some wording for clarity while keeping the structure, scoring and interpretation unchanged.
You read each statement and answer yes or no, based on how you usually behave in real situations.
Results
After completing the test you receive an overall level of aggression, from low to elevated, and five scales, verbal, physical, object-directed, emotional and self-aggression, sorted from the most to the least pronounced, each with a short description.
The result helps you see where tension most often finds an outlet and where to start with self-regulation, and can be supplemented with personalized AI analysis in the Who Am I? app.
